Returns & Warranty Claims

Standard Return Window

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. Clearly mis-described items are refunded in full including shipping both ways.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at service@khansolar.pk or WhatsApp +92 321 9876543 with your order number and a description (or photo/video) of the issue.
  2. Our engineer diagnoses remotely first — many issues are settings, not hardware.
  3. If hardware replacement is needed, we ship a replacement or bring one during a service visit. Faulty units are collected by us.
  4. For premium inverters and lithium batteries, we typically resolve claims in 3–7 business days. Panels may take 10–21 days as they ship from the manufacturer.

What's Not Covered

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (bank transfer) or via cash pickup at our Sargodha showroom for COD orders.
